We had a wonderful though exhausting time in the run up to Christmas at the Scunthorpe Foodbank centres. After a very successful Tesco collection at the beginning of December we discovered how wonderful, compassionate and generous the people of Scunthorpe and surrounding areas are.
The donations we received were amazing, ranging from business, to personal donations.
Our warehouse was so jammed with food, we had to use another room in our main distribution centre to store the extra food.
